This has always been a struggle for me. When I am in the groove, I got it going. I have done it before exercising 4-5 times a week, eating relatively healthy. My problem has been the relapse. Here are my two main problems: I love food and I am naturally lazy. This is the perfectt combination to becoming a couch potato bum. But today I am making a resolution to refocus myself on both diet and exercise. I will use this blog to try to keep myself in check.
